It has been a hot and humid week, not the best conditions to stitch in, but there is some progress to report for Work In Progress Wednesday.
Log Cabin Challenge
I quilted 22 blocks, marked in lilac on the graph.
Sunday Stitch School Stitch Sampler
STILL no good name has come to mind!
Some embroidered circles have come to stay though.
The four lower circles and the little one at the top are new. Bayeux Stitch and Rumanian Stitch in a variety of threads.

It has been a hot humid uncomfortable week! Still, you are continuing to make great progress.
Love your colour way in your circles. Happy Embroidery Day for tomorrow, happy stitching and stay cool.
Yes, very hard to stitch in such conditions. But progress being made, all the same!
I'm longing to see more of the circles. Good work with the quilt. You are doing well in the circumstance- I can manage hot dry weather but so dislike humidity. I feel sorry for you.
All of our posts from Japan are starting out with the words "it's been a hot and humid week." I wonder if people outside Japan really understand the oppressive heat we have... There must be other places in the world just as miserable but I don't hear about them...
