This is my Work In Progress Wednesday report.
Log Cabin Challenge
I quilted 15 blocks, marked in black.
The back is showing a pattern of its own.
Sunday Stitch School Stitch Sampler
I made two mirrored patterns with swirled stems and berries/flowers dangling from them.
The stem on the right is #119 Alternating Magic Split Stitch, the berries are #18 Renaissance Stitch. On the left I used #120 Magic Split Stitch for the stem and #131 Interlaced Cross for the berries.
I used a lot of variegated thread.
The wool I am stitching on is camera shy - no colour comes out well!

Great progress! Yes, the back of your Log Cabin Quilt has that organic, soft, hand stitched pattern.
And your berries/flowers and stems are excellent.
I could sit and admire this for ages. A beautiful work of art.
Nice progress! I like the variegated thread.
The back is looking very pleasing!
