WIPW - Dorset Buttons

It is time for a progress report, Work In Progress Wednesday.

Freeform Embroidery
Holbein Stitch, Double Chain and Alternating Double Chain are the three additions here.

Tvistsöm Cushion
I am now working on row 29.

Dorset Buttons
In a craft shop I found these rings with a loop - perfect for making pendants. So I made a number of Dorset Buttons as gifts. I really love making these in all sorts of forms.

I love my pendant and now I know it's called a "Dorset Button" - thank you Carin!

Your Dorset buttons are lovely and will make perfect gifts. I love making them too, they're the perfect project to start and complete in an hour or two—very satisfying!

Beautiful stitches in your freeform project. And another row on your cushion, progress!
I think your buttons/pendants are amazing in variation of color and design, a good gift.

The wonderful Freeform piece is really filling up now. A pleasurable Eye Spy. The cushion is also growing and looking lovely. I have the makings for Dorset buttons and yours are so inspiring I must try to make one...a simple one.
