It took two weeks to complete this homework. Not because it was hard or time consuming, I just had to deal with too many other things.
Nevertheless, here is Sunbonnet Sue without her bonnet. She has removed it because she had to let out her curly hair to brush out the tangles.
Sue is a young teenager with a newly awakened interest in her SELF, hence the frantic brushing of her hair. As you can see she still carries some of her puppy fat and is dressed in the home knitted ensemble Granny made her for Christmas.
I bet Sue will soon be on a diet, in torn jeans, bedecked with body piercing, false eyelashes, chewing gum in her mouth and loud music in her ears...
Hopefully Sue's Mum will keep the beautiful ensemble, in tissue paper and mothballs in a box in the attic. Then the day Sue has grown into a young mature woman she will find it and appreciate her caring Granny's knitted gifts!

Oh that Sue is growing up!
Very cute and a fun story to go with it!
That ringletty hair works beautifully, doesn't it!
Nice!
Sue looks very up to date with her new wardrobe. Very attractive outfit -her friends may be a little envious of her Granny's gift.
Wonderful story and stitches for Sue this time.
Oh, well done Queenie!
Such fun! Love the way you’ve used those stitches!
Hugs,
