Friday Homework for Lesson 278: Reversed Palestrina Stitch

It is as beautiful as the traditional Palestrina Stitch, and almost as easy. Being right-handed I felt it was just a bit awkward stitching right to left...

Aida Sampler

You get even stitches on Aida.

Sunday Stitch School Reference Chart

As you can see, it looks good on a curved line.

Mottled Wool Scribble Cloth

I tried various types of thread, the thick light blue is tapestry wool.

All of your samples look great! As always, I especially like variegated threads.

There might be occasions when working in the reverse direction would be useful (although at the moment I can't think of one!)..

Your samples look so pretty! Have you seen any of Ariane Zurcher's youtube videos? She uses this stitch a lot is left-handed so it is interesting to see it being done.

Up until now, when I was doing handicrafts, I had never cared about my dominant hand. Many things are suitable for right-handed people.
Recently, the number of products for left-handed usere has increased, but it may still be inconvenient.
I felt that it was quite important.
Thank you for making me realize.🙇
