Friday Homework for Lesson 139: Sycamore Stitch

The Sycamore Stitch is easy.

It of course makes a beautiful sycamore seedling helicopter, but also the cute sprout of any plant.
Furthermore I find this is a piece of 'Lego', a stitch that can be used as a building block to create all sorts of shapes.
For example, add another Straight Stitch and you have a pair of scissors, a bow, and  you can also make endless kinds of ornaments, flowers or snowflakes.

I like your imaginative designs, especially the ornament. It would look lovely as a brooch.

You've found so much potential here!

What a pretty whimsical stitch! Do you like working on wholecloth (or whatever a tight weave cloth is referred to as) or on gridded fabric? The stitch seems to look different depending on the fabric you've used.
