Tvistsöm Cushion
Last week I had made four columns of Vertical Tvistsöm. Since then I have made four more, so eight columns in total.
Circles Challenge
The twenty blocks have been assembled with Ladder Stitch,
and the seams have been reinforced with Herringbone Stitch.
Next step will be to indicate the circles with embroidery.
Freeform Embroidery
I added some individual stitches and combination of stitches with round features:
Algerian Eye, Raised Cross Stitch Flower, Detached Chain Flower, Whipped Wheel and Woven Wheel.

They're all coming along nicely.
Such a pretty combination of stitches. And a nice collection of circles too. Friday I watched Kuraishi-sensei assembling a kind of circle fabric origami that will make Christmas ornaments. great use of circles I would like to try.
You’ve got some great adornment with your herringbone stitch on the circle challenge! Embroidery really adds to the details of any handwork.
You've made some great progress on all. The circle project is very interesting.
