Friday Homework for Lesson 75: Maidenhair Stitch

Oh, this is such an easy and enjoyable stitch!
I liked it best on plain weave, though.

It has found its way onto the Sweet Potato and Roasted Chestnut cq block, too. Pictures on Work In Progress Wednesday next week.

Looks like it is reaching out with bird talons to get into the act!

It is a stitch which looks better when it's even and neat, so evenweave or even aida are good fabrics. But it's a very pretty stitch in all situations!

I like that stitch a lot too. It looks really great with long arms on a CQ.

I like that stitch and it has many possibilities as a filler or
as a botanical look.

Great stitch! I look forward to seeing it on the new CQ block.
