Friday Homework for Lesson 87 - Open Wave Stitch

This was an easy stitch and one that quickly fills in even a large area. I din't use variegated stead but am sure it would make a very nice pattern.

Turn this picture sideways and you would have a line of goldfish holding hands, or are they frogs kicking out their hind legs?

Frogs and fish, I like them both!

Oops! I missed the 'Open' Wave stitch name and will re-name mine.
It looks good against the dark doodle cloth. On Aida, more like a honeycomb pattern. I like the varying sizes on the Reference Chart too, which I can see as a garden'crazy path'.

A chorus line of frogs doing the can-can?
