I made a Mandala, a round disk:
Mainly Italian Border stitch, with either one or two wraps in the knot. Some Fly, Running and Straight stitches were also used. The material: Pale blue sheeting for the background, Anchor, Cosmo, Clara Wæver, DMC and Olympic (correction, Olympus) stranded floss, metallic quilting thread and a pinch of seed beads.

love the way you have worked this stitch Queenie, such a variety of colour working together so well, one or two threads you have used I have never come across.

I guess the threads you have not heard of are Clara Wæver, it's Danish, and Cosmo, which is a Japanese brand. My thread collection is full of 'old' bits and pieces. However, for this Mandala I have used only stranded floss á la DMC.
