For some reason I got knotted up with Basque stitch when I first tried it. Now I have mastered it I find it a useful stitch. It looks good in the arches and the seed stitches fill the space nicely. The trouble with embroidery is it takes time to do just a small amount of it

This looks really good. I also used the seed stitch recently and it was fun. I never used it before.
