It is hemmed and the hanging sleeve is on.
The text reads: TAST 2016
Well, 140 is a good number of stitches to pick from when doing free style embroidery, BUT there are other stitches, and I want to learn more.
So I have decided to select stitches that are unknown to me, from my many embroidery books or the internet, and learn one stitch a week.

What a great finish! Nice!
That sampler looks impressive. Congratulations.
it looks super hanging on the wall and good for you to be carrying on with more stitches happy hunting
Thank you. It was fun to make.
Thank you.
Yes, I really wanted TAST to continue, but I will 'study on my own'.
Superb finish. You r so organised and achieved your target.
Well done, Carin, to mount the 140 stitches onto backing and to be able to hang it. Some of my TAST stitches are dangling on a one-meter and 10 cm wide band in the entrance. And on a single pin, oh oh.
You've done a grand job with your TAST hanging. It's a good idea to learn some stitches you've not used before.
The hanging looks splendid and has been such an interesting journey to follow. Now I'm looking forward to seeing your own version of TAST. You are an inspiration to so many.
Wow, this looks so pretty! I'm looking forward to see which new stitches you find.
It has been fun watching your sampler growing, Carin, and now it's lovely to see it finished and hanging prettily on the wall! I look forward to the new stitches you find! I'm off now to see where I can use the first stitch you've shown us today!
Hugs, Barbara xx
Beautiful.
This is fabulous! I have been trying to work the stitches into current projects. Seeing your sampler makes me want to make one too. Beautiful work!
Congratulations! The piece turned out beautifully with all the colors and textures! Can you name all the stitches on sight?
Thank you dear Tanya,
No I can not name all stitches on sight! But I know them better than I did before, so reviewing and repeating and revising is never lost.
