What a great stitch! Beautiful examples.
I like the short and long stitches. You could stitch a garden and enclose it with barbed wire using that one.
And EASY!
In a metallic thread and with some blood red beads it could indeed look like Mr McGregor's reenforced garden fence. Poor Peter!
very nice selection Queenie I especially like the ones with long and short stitches not easy to work with bugle beads, i gave up on them
So far I have had no problems with bugle beads, touch wood!
Beautiful sample!
I also like the ones with the long and short stitches.
That stitch is so effective with beads.
Very, very nice to see, the short and long legs. I like all four rows.
They are the kind of stitches you would have made, Anneliese!
Yes, isn't it?
Thanks!
The Buttonhole base stitch can be done in so many ways!
I just love all these Queenie.......so effective !hugsChris Richards xx
This stitch looks great with beads. Love the variation with uneven legs! I wish I had time for stitching, unfortunately I have a deadline on a knitting project.
Enjoy your knitting! It is nice with variety.
Thanks, Chris.
