TASTy Tuesday Second Helpings - Completed

The TASTy Tuesday Second Helpings Stitch Sampler is now completed.

140 TAST stitches + the lettering in Cross Stitch (which is not included in TAST).
It is hemmed and the hanging sleeve is on.

The text reads: TAST 2016

What's next?

Well, 140 is a good number of stitches to pick from when doing free style embroidery, BUT there are other stitches, and I want to learn more.
So I have decided to select stitches that are unknown to me, from my many embroidery books or the internet, and learn one stitch a week.

Yes, I really wanted TAST to continue, but I will 'study on my own'.

  4. Well done, Carin, to mount the 140 stitches onto backing and to be able to hang it. Some of my TAST stitches are dangling on a one-meter and 10 cm wide band in the entrance. And on a single pin, oh oh.

  5. You've done a grand job with your TAST hanging. It's a good idea to learn some stitches you've not used before.

    1. Thank you dear Tanya,
No I can not name all stitches on sight! But I know them better than I did before, so reviewing and repeating and revising is never lost.
