I went there today, and will post more pictures later. Here are just a few to start with:
It was crowded!
The winning quilt by Hitomi Mishima (三島仁美) was red and made out of kimono silk.
We saw a lot of houses!
As I said, more pictures, more text and more impressions later.
Gosh, Queenie! That does look busy!
ReplyDeleteAmazing quilts!
I do love the houses!
Looking forward to seeing more.
Hugs,
Barbara xx
Lots of red! Was the theme houses? I look forward to seeing more.
ReplyDeleteI hope you got to see even more with Pamela, though I imagine Sunday might have been just as crowded as Saturday. It was a great show, and meeting up with friends, the frosting on the cake!
ReplyDeleteGreat opportunity!
ReplyDeleteAnd beautiful red quilts, and more to come.
I can imagine it must have been completely dazzling!
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine the patience and skill of those who create such intricate quilts.
ReplyDeleteNot only they but the public viewing them get great pleasure.
It was really crowded. With so many people interested in quilting and needlework, there should be another show, maybe in the summer.
