TASTy Tuesday - Second Helpings 111 - 116

In the last post you saw that I have run out of space at the bottom of the sampler for more stitches. I have divided the sides into ten sections where I will stitch three stitches in each.
Here I serve up the six first stitches in this new section:
111) Zig-zag Coral Stitch
112) Feathered Chain Stitch
113) Beaded Feathered Chain Stitch

114) Long Tail Chain Stitch
115) Whipped Long Tail Chain Stitch
116) Beaded Vandyke Stitch

  1. Gorgeous! Will these added sides get you through all the stitches?

  2. Lovely stitches, Queenie! I especially like the Whipped Long Tail Chain Stitch!

Will you display your sampler, and will you remember how to do all these stitches?
I stitched something last year with a "new to me stitch" and already I am not sure how I did it!
    Hugs,
    Barbara xx

    1. I have previously made a TAST Reference Chart with names and numbers, and I can see the back which helps to figure out how to make them.
This sampler will probably be stretched, lined and maybe framed, and then displayed.

    1. Thank you. With so many stitches it might become a Conversation Piece among those interested in embroidery.

    1. Yes, I read Annaliese's post, it must have been fun to meet up with Sharon. I haven't spent any time at Stitching Fingers recently, either.

  7. Beautiful stitches. I was glued to viewing the Zig-zag Coral stitch - love your version. It also goes well with the Feathered and Beaded Feather stitches.
The second photo samples are all attractive and prettily displayed.
